Here is a great way to release your upper shoulder/ neck area, using a tennis or lacross ball. The trapezius is the muscle that you will be focusing on in this exercise and it is responsible for a lot of your shoulder movement. So it is good to show some attention to it and help it stay relaxed so it move freely!

A couple weekends ago I had the opportunity to experience a colonic treatment.It is also known as a hydrotherapy treatment.
