Spring it Foward: Getting Physical!

What a very interesting week. The weather has been all over the place really, breaking away from it's cold spell and leading way to brighter skies, however for the past few days nature has given us well over do showers.

Today is the day we lose an hour to daylight savings time change. However with the loss there is a gain of what seems like longer days due to the fact we are able to take advantage of it getting darker later.

Was reading an article written by Adria Ali, that I thought was really neat. She discusses 8 ways to stay lean and trim through the holidays.

Here is a horrible realization, reserch has shown that "the average consumption of calories during the holidays is between 35,000 -52,000". This translates to an average of 10 to 15 pounds that gets packed on during this jolly holiday season.
